The MMI CellEctor is an adjustable and open platform for any assay format (patent DE202010017281 (U1)). Thus, you can flexibly use different pre-defined donor and receiver, plates/chambers. Cell acquisition and deposition is supported from/to any desired assay format, e.g. a reaction grid, such as µ-Slide 18 Well, PCR-tubes, 96-well plates or microfluidic devices.

Single and rare cells are automatically isolated in three steps: cell identification, aspiration and deposition. In addition, you can include washing or incubation steps as required by your application.

Using the MMI CellCut, you just need to mount your tissue section onto MMI Membrane Slides which are delivered ready-to-use. The tissue section is then covered with a normal glass slide and you are ready for laser microdissection. Don’t waste time with gluing or embedding the tissue section.
